Excellent Customer Service!

Arrived quickly. Fresh out of the box it inflated nicely and is soft. HOWEVER, there is a strong smell! We left the mattress in our daughters room for a week with the window open and fan on to try and get the smell out. I even took the cover off and washed it. It’s sitting in our garage now and the g
arage smells like a mix of chemicals and majaruana due to the bed. Do not recommend. UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me and said they would search their warehouse for the smell and offered a refund since the mattress was unusable. They were very kind and replied promptly.

I purchased this due to needing a new mattress I am happy with my purchase however I saw the reviews and they said it was a beautifully made mattress which it is but however I feel like my mattress is very stiff and doesn't have that memory foam feel that I anticipated. I got this mattress for our guest room so I, personally, have not slept on it. Our youngest daughter stayed over and she said it was too firm for her so we put a topper on it which made it “more comfortable”. Also, the main reason I choose to purchase THIS mattress is because it said it was “made in
the USA”. Well, that may be true but the mattress cover that comes on it says “Made in China”. Why in the world would a supposed US made product put something on it that was made in China?!

This mattress is great! No order or delivery issues. It arrived quickly. The instructions said that it would have a new mattress smell. & that it needed to air out in an open area for a few hours before putting it on the bed. I opened it on my bed frame & the odor was very minimal. My sense of smell
is good. Not a problem at all! It returned to its original shape very quickly. & I slept on it within a few hours of unboxing it on my bed frame. Great buy! I highly recommend! I purchased another memory foam mattress previously from a different seller & different brand, & they shipped me the wrong mattress… I highly recommend this seller & this mattress!!!
