TLDR: You’re better off buying this case from the official Lifeproof website if you’re willing to wait a bit to get it. I’ve used the NUUD and NEXT lifeproof cases for a while. They kept my iPhone 7 super protected, in fact the phone itself still looks almost new. These cases are legitimately great, at least for me. Every lifestyle is different. I got this one from Amazon because it said quick shipping and I needed it quickly because I didn’t want to go without a case. But, I will say that it came with otter box papers and without the little plastic piece you need to take the case apart. Without the papers it’s a bit unclear how some things work, and the cover for the vibrate toggle has chipped since I didn’t know which way to face it without the instructions. You’re safer getting this from the source since lifeproof offers a lifetime warranty if you buy from them. It’s worth the extra 10 or so bucks to get from them. ... show more

This case fits very poorly. Doesn’t snap closed all the way. It obstructs the silent button. You have to press extremely hard on all the side buttons. Aside from all that it looks very cheap

Great case, the only issue is that in my line of work i am constantly on the phone with contractors so pulling my phone out of my pocket causes a lot of wear and tear on the rubber on the outside. Aside from that i have dropped the phone with this case more times than i can count (and would like to admit) sometimes from top of ladders and the phone didn’t even get a scratch ... show more

The papers inside the phone package case are for an otterbox phone case. I didn’t even try to put it on my phone because I’m doubting it is actually a life proof case. Will likely return it now.

I bought this case back in March of 2021 it’s only September not even a year and this is supposed to be “Lifeproof?” The simplest thing I wanted for my phone was to protect it from dust and dirt, I’m a machinist and also polish parts every now and then. Today the charging port cover came off. Guessing your not supposed to charge your phone with this one if you want it to last. In the end horrible value for your money! I should have bought a phone case from 5 Below instead of spending my hard earned money here on this crap! $70.00 gone!! ... show more

There is not screen protective part just to clear up the confusion some people are having, so I'd recommend buying a screen protector to go along with this product. The buttons are a little tough to press at first which is common in my experience with cases similar to this. It hasn't let me down so far! ... show more

Has a great tight and sturdy fit! Does not look or feel bulky at all especially for the level of protection given. I recently had an older model of this case on my older iPhone and the only dislike I had is that it felt wide. I don’t know why but this one does not have that feel, I’m in love! I have not dropped this phone yet however, I dropped my older model too many times lol I may have lost some chunks from the rubber edging but my phone never received a blemish of any type ... show more

As long as I have been using this case, my phone hasn’t had a single scratch or crack in it. The case does a good job of protecting your phone, however this is the first LifeProof case I’ve ever had that has torn up. My phone is fine, but my case occasionally separates from itself, and has to be pushed back into place. Also, the part that goes over your silent/vibrate button sometimes gives me problems, such as not actually putting my phone on vibrate when i flip the switch. Overall though, my phone is safe and most of the damage to the case is cosmetic. ... show more
