Originally purchased for practical reasons because I needed support for myself so my muscles could relax more. It’s now a must for when we’re playing in bed! We both love it. This wedge shape and size is perfect for positioning. It’s also great for simply sitting up in bed. The material is soft and smooth while somehow also gripping other fabrics to prevent slipping. The pillow is firm, supportive and also forgiving. The fabric cover is super easy to throw in the washer. Very pleasing purchase.

I Love it, my wife Love's it! -What more needs to be said?!?! lol After being together for over 20+ yrs. I will say without question; this unassuming little pillow has seriously changed our intimacy for the better. A LOT BETTER! A foot note; a regular pillow(s) or cheap wedge type pillows Do Not work near as well. -We tried them... It may or may not be as valuable to the younger folks out there. But, we believe it will definitely help anyone over say; 30 yrs old and will seriously benefit anyone with slight physical limitations, i.e. due to age or injury. The Liberator will do what the typical reviews claim for creating a much better angle for Both parties. (this aspect alone is worth it's wgt. in Gold!) As an added Bonus, it really relieves stress on the low back and the accompanying pain, while simultaneously enhancing our motion and the effectiveness of every thrust for BOTH of us. I believe we now have a new lease on life and we seriously look fwd to experiencing each other again and again. Due to our satisfaction, we are now beginning to consider what other products may be interesting and exciting to try out! Why Not? Life is short!!! I am truly thankful (and so is my Wife!) for all the other honest customer reviews that helped us to make the wise decision to purchase the Liberator.

Came torn but Amazon refused to allow a return. ( Read this on another website but ignored the warning, woops.) Too wide for a smaller person so we cut it to size ( expensive for a $75 piece of foam).The 24 inch width would probably work for wider people. ( they also make a 36 inch wide one) Also foam is too stiff and 7 inch rise is too tall. Next time I will just buy foam at local foam store and use an electric carving knife ( yes a turkey carving knife!) to get what is needed. Cover with a pillow case. Not as fancy but it will probably do the job better. Or if you are not handy buy a less expensive positioning pillow offered on Amazon but be careful to look at the dimensions of the pillow you get to make sure it fits your or your partner's particular anatomy. Have had the large ramp for a number of years and had wanted this piece to go with it but never purchased it. For other reasons, I finally bought this wedge to go with the ramp. We now use the wedge instead of the Jaz Motion along with using it with the ramp for other activities too! My only minor regret is that I didn't buy the "Black Label" model that has the clips on it to match my wedge so I'd then have the equivalent of Liberator Black Label 24-Inch Wedge/Ramp Combo (Regular) with Cuff Kit, Black Microfiber but it didn't seem to be worth paying the extra $40 or more just to get clips on the cover when I had everything else! For those who might be considering one of these vs a Jaz or Jaz Motion, I had recently bought a Jaz Motion which we enjoyed, but it was a disappointment in terms of the very negligible amount motion. In comparing the two, the Wedge isn't nearly as firm as the Jaz Motion which I think is a bit too high. We prefer using the Wedge. I'm 6-2&1/2" and she's 5'3.

I found this pillow to be a lot more liberating for my back pain -- by propping up my legs while I sleep -- than I did for coitus. It may or may not work for anyone else reading this review, but I can say that it didn't work "for me" or my wife. In fact it made things much worse for us. It forced me into an odd angle which caused me some serious strain to my legs and back which wore me out really quick (and had to give up), and it compressed my wife into a position that had her cringing in pain the whole time. I didn't return this wedge because, as I stated: It actually works well for my back pain by propping my legs up. So either way it was a win for something, even though it was pricey.
