Originally purchased for practical reasons because I needed support for myself so my muscles could relax more. It’s now a must for when we’re playing in bed! We both love it. This pillow is high quality - It’s incredibly soft and doesn’t feel stiff but it can hold up body weight no problem and won’t collapse. My wife and I have been using this for several years now and it has been a godsend in enhancing our sex lives. The foam is more firm than a pillow and the angle is well-calculated for maximum pleasure. As older individuals (baby boomers), this greatly helps with comfort during our encounters. It takes up little space in the bedroom but is now an essential part of our love life. The cover is quite soft and can be removed for laundering if preferred. We may be a bit hard on it....the foam has broken down a bit over six years. Well worth every penny!

I wasn't happy about the price tag on this, and when I got the package and felt how light it was, I was honestly upset. Pulled it out and it was just compressed and rolled up, made me very apprehensive, but I unpacked it and immediately had a change of heart! The pillow sprung up to full size within a minute at most. By the time I put the pillow case on, it was completely formed. The case is very velvety soft, and did not cause me to sweat more than I should have. The pillow is deceptively good. It feels very firm when pressed on, but getting on it feels like it's completely squished. By the way, I haven't found a graceful way to get on this thing so bring a good sense of humor! I am 330, 5'8", and I bought the XL size. My rear is very large and in charge, and my thighs are big too. Out of the package, I thought the XL was a mistake and way too wide even for me, but after using this, it's perfect to have that bit of extra on the sides. Had about 3 inches left on both sides when on my back. Yes, the pillow compresses when you sit on it. As soon as you roll backward and lift your legs though, it pops right back up and you can actually feel the support, it's fantastic! I have tried to squish again with my thighs like that and can't. We debated getting a cheaper one, or just sticking to pillows, but this thing has already earned its worth to me. It helps me be more comfy (sore hips are a thing of the past now), helps him get better angles, gives us a good laugh occasionally, and overall I'm very happy with the support it provides. Also works great for relaxing!

Came torn but Amazon refused to allow a return. ( Read this on another website but ignored the warning, woops.) Too wide for a smaller person so we cut it to size ( expensive for a $75 piece of foam).The 24 inch width would probably work for wider people. ( they also make a 36 inch wide one) Also foam is too stiff and 7 inch rise is too tall. Next time I will just buy foam at local foam store and use an electric carving knife ( yes a turkey carving knife!) to get what is needed. Cover with a pillow case. Not as fancy but it will probably do the job better. Or if you are not handy buy a less expensive positioning pillow offered on Amazon but be careful to look at the dimensions of the pillow you get to make sure it fits your or your partner's particular anatomy.
