This thing must if all is scary quiet. I'm a big fan of EINSEO products and also own the older Gatling II. The Martino III is their latest model, and the improvements are immediately noticeable. The first thing I noticed is the new exterior. Instead of a hard plastic shell, it now has a soft rubberized coating that provides a much better grip and gives the unit a more premium feel. Another great improvement is the inner sleeve design. On the older model, the sleeve was removable and would occasionally bunch up during use. The Martino III permanently attaches the sleeve to the removable cup insert, completely eliminating that issue. It's a simple change that makes a big difference. They also redesigned the sleeve with additional internal textures that create a much more stimulating experience. The silicone entry ring has been improved as well, providing a more secure fit and better seal. The biggest upgrade, however, is the motor and suction. There is a very noticeable increase in both power and consistency. My older Gatling II would occasionally slow down under heavier pressure, but the Martino III powers through without missing a beat. The suction on this new model is extremely strong—much stronger than the previous version. In fact, it's almost too powerful for my personal preference, even on the lowest setting. I would love to see EINSEO add an adjustable air-release slider in a future version so users could fine-tune the suction strength. That would make an already outstanding product even better. Build quality is excellent. The unit feels solid, durable, and well-made. The JoyHub app is another huge highlight. It pairs easily with the device and offers a massive library of pre-programmed patterns, plus customizable modes that let you create your own experience. With all the different combinations of thrusting, rotation, and suction, there's an incredible amount of variety. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the Martino III. EINSEO clearly listened to customer feedback and made meaningful improvements over the previous generation. If you're looking for a high-quality device with powerful performance, premium construction, and excellent app support, I highly recommend the Martino III.

This device is definitely not your average personal massager. The combination of spinning, pulsing suction, a nd back-and-forth motion creates a very unique experience that stands out from other products I’ve tried. The intensity is still at your control. Its versatility can handle those oopsie falls too! Batteries life is roughly 60 min give or take depending how much power is consumed. Good thing there is also a power indicator light. Green/amber/red The suction is extremely powerful, so I highly recommend starting slow and using plenty of water-based lubricant, especially around the tip area, because the spinning action is intense right out of the gate. Once you find the right setting, it delivers a smooth and surprisingly strong performance. The build quality is also better than expected. It feels sturdy, has a nice weight to it, and the rubberized coating makes it easier to grip without feeling slippery during use. The controls are simple enough, and the overall design feels solid instead of cheap or flimsy. So, I have a bit of a love - hate relationship with the Martino 3. On the one hand, it's an excellent toy that impressed me by just how good it was at its job. Let's start off with the good. Good: Suction The suction on this thing is legitimately amazing. Beyond my wildest expectations, even with them set pretty high from reading the other reviews on it. When they say this thing sucks, believe them. At the Martino 3's highest suction setting, the thing damn near vacuum seals itself to your body. If you're looking for suction, this is definitely the buy for you. Good: Noise The Martino 3 is quiet as a whisper when compared to the Martino 2. Even when the suction is on it has the Martino 2 beat. That said, be aware, that at the higher suction settings the Martino 3 make some pretty loud sucking and slurping sounds if you prefer a more hands on approach to things. To some people that may be even more of a benefit, for that sloppy feel, but if you're going for discreet use you probably want to stick to the low suction settings. Good: Speed The Martino 3 is just as good as the Martino 2 when it comes to pump speed, and better if you're considering the smoothness of each stroke. The motor on this model practically glides compared to its predecessor. Good: Durability The Martino 3 is a tough cookie. This thing is solidly built, and has a good seal on it when fully assembled, so there's little need to worry about its waterproofing. There's little fear of breaking it if you happen to drop it. With the good said, lets get to the problems. Bad: You Must Be This Long To Ride The Martino 3 comes with a very lushly padded 'mouth'. Don't get me wrong, this thing feels great, and pairs nicely with the suction for a truly great experience, buuuuut it also adds a few extra inches between you and the 'fun' parts of the toy. Said fun parts are also further away from the mouth of the toy than in the Martino 2, at least on my model. Which is a big problem if you happen to not quite reach 6 inches. The suction helps, but there's only so much it can do to help you. This is the source of the 'hate' part of my love-hate relationship with the Martino 3. If you're on the smaller side of 'average' then this is not the toy for you, I'm afraid. For that you'll have to look into one of the other models. If you're confident in your reach, though, then this product is as close to perfect as I think a toy can get. Bad: Charging Port I'm not sure if its actually the charging port on my model that's the problem, or if the USB C cable it came with is faulty, but the damn thing's nearly impossible to charge. The Port refuses to accept any charging cable plugs I have. The best I can get is get a plug partially in, enough that the charging light comes on, but even then it barely works. Compared to how well made everything else is, I'm pretty sure this is just a fluke of manufacturing, but I figure it's only right a mention it, because it's the single biggest problem I have with the Martino 3.
