Good size, not too big or small but balanced. Each breast has a nice weight. The texture of the material isn't super realistic but pleasurable to touch, squeeze and rub. The nipples are nicely detailed with realistic bumps and skin ridges. Firm but still squishy with a doughy feel. It's very easy to clean with a toy spray disinfectant and wipe down. I recommend powdering it up again with some toy refresher (talc based or corn starch). This will keep the feel of the toy consistent and somewhat realistic instead of tacky. The toy doesn't have a strong base and should be handled with care. This toy is delicate and can be easily tear if you have long nails. It doesn't seem incredibly durable despite being TPE and will likely wear easily with frequent use. I've used it only a couple times already and can see a bit of deterioration already. The breasts aren't detailed with color but I personally don't think it's a deal breaker.

This is actually a really cool item. I bought this with my husband in mind because he is one that likes this very part on a woman. I figured it would also be cool to add to our collection of fun time toys since it is also a pillow to assist in different angles and positioning. It is so very realistic to actual woman anatomy. The material is really soft and well made. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it is made. It is pretty heavy but that doesn't change my rating. It is very supportive when using it for helping with positioning. It comes with a nice little cover that starts out looking too small but it definitely fits you just have to squeeze them in. It is easy and simple to clean. This is definitely worth the money if you want something realistic.

Fused together, these "pillows" form a uni-pillow, not allowing your head between them past mid-cleavage. This was the central idea behind my getting this gift: to tell a friend he could have all the motorboating he wanted without the dinner bills. Alas, these pillows look and feel pretty realistic, aside from the iciness, but they do not function separate from each other, are fused at the middle of the cleavage with a little nook for some part of the male anatomy located beneath. I'm sure that's a "design error" (LOL) Not as realistic as I was hoping, not 1:1 "the real deal". On the positive end, it is snuggly in the pillowcase, so there's that. Of course, you might want to make up your mind whether you're sleeping on it or using it for "recreation" because using it for both is some freaking incel cringe. Cleaning is easy, because it's so huge, easy to detail. And sleeping with it, well, if you don't think too hard about it representing nicer bosoms than you'll ever actually touch, it's a really cozy prop.
