Your friends and family will absolutely wanna run off with this doohickey. It's fairly intuitive to use, easy to snap together (comes in 2 parts), and sturdy enough to be used as a weapon in a pinch. Not to mention the fact that it can find and apply pressure to those impossible to reach knots in your back.     • WORTH THE MONEY!!! Best Device for tough Neck and Shoulder Knots

Of the various "contraptions" I've tried to relieve my neck and shoulder tightness and knots, this one works the BEST! 🤩 Usually, outside of my massage therapist sessions, a friend would need to drive their elbows into my lat, trap and rhomboid muscles to barely loosen the knots... But not anymore... Let's start with the CONS: It's oversized and bulky, Slight learning curve to figure out which side/angle/massage end works best to hit your aching muscles. Now the PROS: It's built of strong and durable plastic (?) material that can handle intense pressure needed to get deep into those knotted muscles of your shoulder and neck. It's oversized and bulky, yes, it is a pro and a con for this device... It's bulkiness gives you better leverage to knead those knots into oblivion. Multiple heads and angles allow you to get into those muscles. All in all, I really like this massager and it has given me the ability to work out those muscle knots in my neck and shoulder area in between massages, and actually reduce the number of sessions with my massage therapist. NOTE: BEWARE... DO NOT JUST TAKE THIS OUT OF THE BOX AND GO HARDCORE INTO THOSE KNOTS, YOU MAY AGGRAVATE A NERVE OR TWO... Take it easy and gradually work your way into knot free bliss. The massage tool works pretty well. It does look weird initially but the rounded hooks are very functional. It helps in finding the sore spot or tight muscle on your shoulder or back. I have pain in a lot of places due to my rheumatoid arthritis and hobby of powerlifting. I can’t ever reach behind my shoulder blades, I have a lacrosse ball and a smaller ball and this thing puts sustained pressure on a lot of places I could never get with the ball. Love it!
