Installation, use and maintenance: 1. The crusher shall be separately fixed on the ground. 2.When wiring the motor, ensure that the eccentric shaft belt rotates clockwise (the direction indicated by the arrow),otherwise the machine cannot work normally.At this time,the wiring must be adjusted to correct the running direction of the machine. 3. Before the first use of the equipment, carefully check whether all fasteners are loose and whether there is friction between the belt cover and the pulley. In addition, conduct an empty machine operation test to observe whether there are abnormal conditions and abnormal sounds. If there are abnormalities, please correct and eliminate them.Only after confirming that everything is normal can it be officially put into use. 4.Before use, adjust the hand wheel and handle according to the specific requirements for discharge particle size.When adjusting, the two should be carried out together to achieve the best effect. Remember to lock the nut after adjustment. 5. In normal use, the lubrication of the bearing and the bearing seat between the moving jaw and the eccentric shaft should be carried out regularly every three months,and grease (lithium base) should be added through the grease nozzle with butter during lubrication. 6. The tightness of the V-belt can be adjusted by moving the position of the motor on the fixed seat. During adjustment,ensure that the axis of the motor pulley and the eccentric shaft pulley is parallel and flush with the end face. 7. After the material is put into the material mouth, cover the cover plate to prevent the material from flying out and wounding. 8. In the case of machine rotation, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the jaw plate to take the material. If the material needs to be taken out, it must be taken out after shutdown.
