It came a day early! The box was falling apart a bit at the bottom but otherwise great condition, no damage to the tv. I got the 65” and it’s a bit heavy but manageable to lift from the middle by myself. The legs were easy to put in (2 screws and 2 little peg pieces each). They seemed unstable prior to installation but they work great! Remote initially scared me bc a lot of the reviews were complaints about it not matching, not working, or some other issue. FALSO ALARM THO—I put one of the batteries in backward lmao. Worked like a charm after I realized haha. Setup was super easy. You can do manual or through a QR code in your phone. Picture quality is really really good. I usually run my tv on “vivid” and this HDR color really puts in some work! Speed is fast. I don’t play games on it but it doesn’t seem to have any lag with the applications and streaming services I use via my Apple TV. All in all I love it!!! ... show more

By far the best TV I have ever owned incredible picture incredible features the AI sound and the AI picture just takes the guesswork out of it bounces everything out perfectly and then I got to stand for mine for 60 bucks at Amazon easy to put together and it holds the TV nice and steady I got the 65 inch LG Tanya love this TV the sounds amazing all the extra features all the channels that are built in you can't go wrong what a great purchase great price. Also I want to mention one thing the first TV that I received was broken brand new out of the box but the seller had a new TV at my front door the very next morning at 8:30 in the morning I had a replacement it wasn't broken it was absolutely brand new in the box I just that was incredible customer service I could not believe it within 24 hours I had it replacement at my front door ... show more

It is a decent TV for the price. The setup was easy, but the legs being close to the sides require a big tv stand, at least 50 inch in length to barely fit. As far as picture quality it is good but I agree with the reviewers that remote is not good, it is very unresponsive when you are navigating internet media content or smart features. I will most likely buy a 4k Roku stick. Some apps are not in the smart tv such as spectrum tv. The sound is okay for a typical smart tv, but I opted to buy an LG sound bar to enhance its sound quality. And the tv looks good esthetically, I think 400+ dollars is a bargain. ... show more

My 20 Year LG PLASMA TV with a Roku stick is 10 times better than this one, do yourself a favor and save your sanity and your money by purchasing another brand. The lag time on this tv is more frustrating than the tiny remote which has buttons so close together you will rest assured, hit the wrong button, which will set you in a motion that you will want to throw it at the screen, why TVs get larger and remotes smaller is beyond me and please do not even think about using this LG remote in dim light or in the dark as it has zero backlight features. I spent the extra money for the smart remote and thankfully I had read enough reviews to have purchased the correct one...what a joke, it uses a mouse like a computer mouse with a pointer that never wants to leave the screen. It is now in a drawer and another waste of my hard-earned money. I will be replacing this terrible tv at a loss as soon as I am able and will purchase a 70-inch Vizio for less money than I paid for this sad unit...FYI, I have a one-story home with fiber internet at 200 mbps with less than 55 feet from the router so the lag time is not due to my internet. ... show more

Great tv for the price. The app doesn't always work, but that could be user error. Once I figured out how to play with the soap opera effects, I absolutely fell in love. Great picture, great sound. Setup was easy outside the app. Took no time to set up Xbox and PlayStation. Remote control is kinda meh. I don't like where the arrow keys are placed, but again, that's user issue. ... show more

Just hooked it up about an hour ago. Most about it seems okay, but the TV won't stay connected to the internet. SMART features aren't any good if I can't stay connected to the internet. Fortunately, that's not why I bought it. I might have given it a 5-star review, but when a major item isn't working properly, I can't recommend it to anyone else. If you need solid internet connection to the actual TV, don't buy this LG. ... show more
