Its a good phone, but don't expect to get a lot of apps on it. I can barely fit FB, Messenger, and Signal on it, much less Instagram. I like LG products, having purchased a Google Nexus 4 (manufactured by LG) in the past, so in comparison it is a disappointment, but for a bare bones, functional phone this works fine. ... show more

Had not had this product but maybe a couple of weeks and it would only give me a frozen cricket screen. Had to go out New Year's eve day and but another phone (Samsung). Was not happy at all and will not ever buy another LG phone.

I bought this to replace a phone that was broken when my husband was in the hospital. He didn't use it much until he got home. As soon as you unplug it the battery charge starts dropping. Even when the phone is not being used. It has gone from fully charged to 50 % in the course of 2 hours. I do not recommend. ... show more
