Works well if the nuts are not seized from rust. Otherwise, it is useless due to the soft metal that it is made from (aluminum?). One of the rusted nuts distorted the tool after one use.... and rendered it useless. Thus, this gets an average of 3 stars.

This was very easy to use and I didn't even need to lift up the machine. Thanks! The only other item I needed was a level to make sure it was balanced. We no longer have a plane taking off during the spin cycle as this helped to balance things. Much appreciated.

Had to but the leveling wrench because the installers never provided or left the one thaat came with the washer and dryer. We called LG after the 1-yr warranty to say we needed to re-level the washer and dryer and never got the wrench during the delivery/install. They said we had to purchase one as they LG would not provide it after the warranty period. Be sure you get what you paid for even if you don't know every part and accessory that is supposed to to be provided. Ask, read and ask again. At least the wrench was cheap. ... show more

This wrench worked well for leveling my Haier HLC1700AXS with the open end. It's the perfect length and thickness to slide it in and level your washer or dryer legs quickly. Apparently the leveling hex nuts are commonly used across multiple brands (at least LG and Haier). Another review mentioned the open end is 17mm but I haven't yet measured to confirm, as it wasn't necessary. But it seems to fit the nuts snugly. ... show more
