Don't waste your time buying this "renewed" phone because it's trash. I didn't really like some of the swiping features on the phone but I would have gotten used to it eventually. The main problems were, I spent two hours at AT&T transferring all my data and info to this phone, only to go back to AT&T the next day for another two hours trying to figure out why all my incoming calls were going straight to voicemail. It wasn't on air plane mode or do not disturb mode. It's just a piece of trash. To make matters worse, when I did use the phone for outgoing calls, the phone dropped the call and hung up on other party exactly at (20) minute mark (5) times. 🙄 Never again will I purchase a "renewed" cell phone from amazon or anyone else. How could this phone pass inspection when.it doesn't even ring? Amazon needs to verify the things they allow merchants to sell on their site and stop wasting customer's time. I was so excited about this phone only to be extremely disappointed with this trash. ... show more
