Here's why: Performance and Fitment: These tools fit perfectly into the bolts, providing a secure grip. The precise fit helps prevent damage to both the tools and bolts. Tip: Grind the tip of each socket smooth to avoid stripping bolts. However, I met an issue on the transmission case bolts which are very shallow. The front section of the tool sticks out farther before the splines start, leaving very little contact area. This can make it difficult to get a secure grip on these specific bolts. Grinding off this front protrusion remedied this issue. Durability and Build Quality: Made from high-quality materials, these sockets are built to last. The sturdy construction handles high torque applications with ease. The included case keeps everything organized and protected. I have not had a chance to use these yet but they look very well made and a good value. I have some of these on my Touareg and I wanted to be able to remove. The lifetime warranty but for a limited use person like me it is a secondary issue. If you need this type of tool, i highly recommend.
