fantastic anchor. hooks like magic everytime no matter the bottom.. there are knock off's that look the same but i asure you they are not made as well or with the quality materials lewmar uses. shop for the best price

I love these anchors. When I bought it in stainless I switched to stainless chain. A nice thing about stainless chain is that it's heavier than galvanized per foot. This has eliminated the need for a surge weight in heavy weather.

Picture shows a perfectly polished anchor with a mirror image reflecting from all of it. Opened the box and out comes a hunk of steel that just came out of THE CASTING MOLD! Yep, a hammer tap confirms it's CAST (weak) not forged! This is a Chinese ripoff of Lewmar and It pisses me off! And it came from Amazon who should know better. Return started. ... show more
