I actually ordered this strap for my harp. I have a portable harp, and it has the same type of pins (I don't think you call them pins) as the guitar. It's a nice subtle color strap, with a nice embroidered/tapestry look. I chose the tan color one, because it matched my cherry wood harp. The holes were tight at first to get onto my harp, but I got them on, and I was able to stand and play. Now, I also have a folk guitar, and it took two of us to put the strap on the guitar. It was soooooooo tight. I mean I can't really complain about this because you definitely don't want your guitar to fall out of the strap. But darn it all, it was sooooo tight. It didn't fully go on, but it held the guitar. The strap was best for my harp. In any case, if you order this one, it be alright for you, and it may be that I just got a strap that had less cut hole. But over all it's a sturdy, nice looking strap. The price is worth it.

Construction: Nice, sturdy strap. Took some elbow grease to get on the buttons, am using without strap locks for now. Stitching is well done and everything seems well constructed. Color: The accent color is more of a gold than yellow (see picture), which works better for me.... it's described as yellow though, so be aware if you're wanting a true yellow. Looks fantastic with the Squier Tele. Length: Length works well for me, but it's about 8" shorter a couple other straps I have, so take that in consideration. In the description the length is noted as being 54" and it also says they carry an extra-long version if you're looking for more length.

I really liked this strap; it keeps the guitar in its place, and it looks pretty cool! I bought the gold one, it turned out to be more brownish than yellowish, but it matched my guitar perfectly. The only inconvenient for me was that the ends are very thick, so I had trouble attaching it to the guitar, but once I managed to do so, I'm sure it won't fall off (though I don't think I'll ever remove the strap because it's really difficult to take it off). So far, I'm loving it; it's comfortable, it seems long-lasting and it matches my guitar perfectly! Would buy it again.

Nicely made strong strap with colorful pattern. It fits my ovation quite snuggly, I bought some retainers, but found them unnecessary so far. I couldn't remove this strap if I wanted to, well I could but its just too much work. So it will stay where it belongs for a few years at least. The only thing I don't like about this strap is the edge of the strap is a bit abrasive on my bare neck. Not a problem in the cooler months when I'm prone to sweaters and such, but in the summer it takes a bit of getting used to. It's made of a canvassy cotton, so its strong, but its also a little rough. I'm going to try waxing the edge with canning wax or candle wax and see if that smooths it down a bit. It is a very nice strap and will last years. I like it almost as much as my 40 year old ACE strap, which is much softer due to 40 odd years of use and abuse by a multitude of musicians. But finding an old ACE for anything close to this price is a fools journey. Buy one, then keep your eyes out for a hootenanny. You'll be ready.....

I love this strap. It is really beautiful and the leather on each end is stiff enough that it can handle my heavy semi-hollow electric, but has a sueded back on one end so it goes easy on the finish it rubs against. I've had trouble with wimpy straps before and I have had no problems with this one. It took some work to actually get it hooked on, but I'd rather have that insignificant blip over something flimsy any day. It is also just lovely and is worthy of my guitar :)

this guitar strap is very nice. it's my first so i don't have another to compare it to, but it seems to be of good quality. I got the yellow/gold design which matches the rich gold color of my acoustic guitar. the ends where it attaches was a little hard to get on the knobs, which is a good thing because it certainly isn't going anywhere. The adjustable device slides nicely and feels sturdy. The embroidery is flat rather than sheen, just an fiy. adds some style to my guitar, i love it! can't beat under $17

This is my second Levy jacquard weave strap. My first one is blue. I bought this one for my second guitar. They are so pretty and well made and will last forever. True, hard to get over the button, but the guitar will not slip off. That is what a strap is for! I don't take the strap off and on the button. I put it on and it stays on.
