    • Beautiful Bookshelf
We recently purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday and are just thrilled with it. It arrived in beautiful condition and went together easily. It is a very solid, sturdy piece of furniture. We tethered it to the wall with extra tethers we had on hand; it does include two hooks on the back (one on each side) to help with that. I was a bit concerned that it had no backboard both in terms of stability and how it would work. I've been pleasantly surprised -- it is one of the most stable shelves we have purchased, and nothing seems to fall out at all. We were able to fit everything from oversized Eric Carle books to mini-board books and it all stays neatly organized; we love the extra drawer at the bottom for odd things (like fabric books). It is a good size for her right now -- big enough to hold stuff but not overwhelming in her room. And it looks adorable. Best of all it only had a mild paint/new furniture smell when we got it, despite all of the paint on it. We still aired it out for a week before putting it into my daughter's bedroom, but that is short compared to the month (or longer) we typically expect to air out new furniture before use. In short, we love this bookshelf! ... show more

    • Amazing bookshelf
Review Image by O.
This bookshelf is PERFECT!!!! I got it for my new room and it matches the theme great. Assembly was a bit difficult because it requires more than one person, but it was worth it. I had a couple of extra parts left over when I was done assembling it. It is sturdy and good quality. The drawers at the bottom are a great addition to store things that I want to access in my room but not keep on display. Overall very cute! A bit expensive but worth the price. ... show more

    • Great products, excellent customer service
I idiotically damaged a piece of the bookshelf during assembly. The instructions were clear enough, but I used an incorrect screw, that was too large and split one of the shelf pieces. As this was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, I contacted Teamson, the company that makes the Fantasy Fields - Magic Garden line about purchasing a replacement piece. As this was purchased on Amazon, the company wasn’t easily able to verify my purchase, but sent me a replacement piece anyway. Jerry Su went above and beyond, finding the piece in the assembly instructions to make sure it was the correct piece, sending me a screenshot, after I’d written the endeavor off as too much trouble when they’d first asked for a purchase order and a photo of the damaged piece. I am kind of a pain to deal with and impatient, but this act of kindness and taking the extra effort with a customer, as well as the excellent products themselves, has really made me appreciate this company in an age of declining quality and customer service. My wife and I have purchased the Fantasy Fields toy chest, bookshelf and bassinet for a doll and they are all well made and very cute, my daughter loves them. ... show more

    • Cute and Sturdy
I ordered this bookshelf for my little girls playroom. It is PERFECT for her. It is just the right height so she can get her books/toys and put them all away on her own. The colors are bright and the bookshelf itself is very sturdy. It is easy to assemble. I put it together myself and I'm not the most DIY type person. It does need to be up against a wall because there isn't a back piece where the books sit but I don't know anyone who has a bookshelf in the middle of their room so I don't see that being an issue for most people. ... show more

    • great quality for price
before purchasing this for my daughter i looked at hundreds of different bookshelves. not only was this the cutest one out there, but it got the best reviews. and here is another. this product is almost all "real" wood not pressboard and feels very solid when assembled. putting it together took me only about 20 minutes, but that was using my husbands drill, without it would have taken a lot longer. i love this, and my daughter adores it. only thing negative for me was the height, i was expecting something a little taller, but really thats my fault as the height is listed i just didn't read it. very happy i went with teamson ... show more

    • Very beautiful kids library shelf. It holds many books!
Review Image by Angie U.
This little library shelf is so cute. Very steady, strong. It’s pretty heavy so you might need help. I assembled this myself and it took me about an hour, the instructions are easy to follow and easy assembly. Like I mentioned, the library shelf is very cute. The one I ordered for my little baby girl has flowers, a frog, butterfly’s, cute pictures. It’s perfect in her room and goes with the theme. It holds many books and has a drawer in the bottom. I attached a picture so you can see how nice the shelf is and how beautiful it looks. ... show more

    • Perfect!
Review Image by susan grossman
Well made, sturdy, neatly painted and cute shelf unit for my 1 yr old granddlaughter's visit. Easy to put together in 1 hour with a philip's head screw driver. Arrived in 2 days. Packaged very well with no damage. A little heavy for me to lift in the box. Inside shelf space is: 10 inches deep, 11 inches high, and 20 3/4 inches wide. Books fit neatly on shelf. Now I need to find storage baskets to fit bottom shelf to hold stuffed animals! So glad I purchased this. I'm also getting a pond carpet and pink flower pillows. It will be a welcoming space for a special little girl to have picnics and play time with grandma. ... show more
