    • APP is a joke, our unit came broken, second one broke in under 60 days with same issue!
Lid latch came broken and won’t stay closed unless we set a stack of heavy books on top. It works well for drying, activating, and infusing. However when i got it connect to the WiFi i found that if i put it’s IP address in a web browser it would pause the device mid cycle. It also displayed a list of all of the files in storage which seems very dangerous. APP only works on a 4 year old android tablet we blew the dust off of. Won’t work on an iPhone or iPad. Also the android app crashes almost every option or button you press. The build quality of the unit is nice aside from the latch mechanism. We are waiting for our replacement from amazon.     • Just say no. I just want to send it back.... again.
I had to return the first one, because the straw inside ripped. I just went to use this replacement one for the second time, and the tiny little latch on the top of the lid had broken off sometime between cleaning it and now. The lid won’t close shut. I don’t want to have to return a second levo just to get third levo that is going to break AGAIN. How do I return this and get my money back?? I feel like I’ve spent a lot of money on something that has incredibly cheap parts. ... show more

    • My Levo 2 broke twice
The Levo 2 I bought broke within 2 weeks. By broke, I mean it stopped mid cycle. So I returned that machine and Levo sent me a new one...that also broke the same exact way. However, Levo refused to replace the second machine. So I am out $300. The Levo machine is not a well built machine. Nearly everything breaks on it quickly. Moreover, Levo is not a good company because they do not stand behind their products. Don’t buy a product from Levo. Buy an Ardent instead. ... show more

I don't care if you're infusing oil with flowers or with "flowers," this thing is useless. It also requires the machine be on at all times during servicing, cleaning, and operation - or the oil will just run right out the bottom, because they weren't able to figure out how to manage a non-electrical valve.     • Plastic pieces on lid broke off in less than a year
I’m very upset that the plastic pieces on the lid broke off in less than a year. Now the machine doesn’t work because the sensors do not recognize that the lid is closed. We’ve tried everything and nothing worked. This is the only machine of it’s kind on the market with easy clean up & dispensing of the oils. I would buy another but if it only last 10 months. It’s not worth me spending more money. I guess I’ll have to break out my slow cooker and do it the oil fashion way. Not what I want to do, but I don’t want to throwaway money either. ... show more

    • Great but missing clarity
The color is awesome and the ease of use makes it easier than ever to make any butters, oils, etc you’d want. Love everything about it save 2 things. 1: Unclear recipes to make infused as far as activation and infusion times and heats to maximize potency/ flavor. Though I have specialized cookbooks which helps. 2: The ingredient pod seems small and I would like a dispenser screen/ filter to be able to allow the ingredients to float free in the oil during infusing. Though cheese cloth or a small screen can be used to strain. ... show more
