I had been struggling to find a pair of pants I liked for about 7 years. I lost a little weight when I got a very active job and found a pair of these, which I still had in storage from high school that fit me again. Wore them out the rest of the way, as I tend to do at an accelerated rate with this job, and I have now bought a couple more pairs to replace all of my other pants as I wore those out. I got these after trying the dickies work pant and these are actually much better. They are still not baggy enough for my liking but they are good quality and the fit looks good for formal wear. I bought 3 pairs of 514, all different colors and 2 out of the 3 have a very slim fit, almost like the Levis 511. The 3rd one have a loose fit and slightly baggy and the other 2 fits slim. So the size fitting will vary depending on the color you get. I noticed that the washed/faded colors are the ones that seems to fit slim and the color such as rinsed will fit loose, so keep that in mind when purchasing the Levis 514. Edit: I'm updating the review from 4* to 3*. After wearing the jeans to work for a full day, the leg fitting is very tight, these are supposed to be a straight fit, but it feels more like a slim taper.
