I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use. The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip. The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily. Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage. It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. If you decide to purchase this suitcase, I recommend checking the stitching carefully upon arrival and being cautious with the amount of weight you pack. Luggage is very well built. I love the sleek design to it. The carry on size definitely holds enough for 1-3 days of travel. The wheels attached to the luggage roll very graciously and allow you to move in any direction without getting jammed up.

Rolled this thing through the streets and subways of New York and it held up really well. Still glides like new in every direction despite all the rough asphalt roads I dragged it through. I only used it for the one trip but it certainly did the job. The only thing that could make it any better would be a sturdier handle. It feels somewhat flimsy and doesn’t work well if it isn’t fully extended out. I like how easy it was to set and change the lock combo too. Overall pretty happy with it. ... show more

I was looking for a carry-on bag so I wouldn't have to check any bags on the plane. I took a trip to NYC for the marathon and had a second carry-on backpack for a 6-day trip. Both bags allowed me to have 2 pairs of shoes, my clothes (casual and running), and items I purchased for the return trip. If I wasn't running the marathon, I could forgo the backpack. The wheels rolled well, and I had no issues walking through the airport or the streets of NY. The airline had me check this bag at the gate on the return trip. How well would it hold up with the baggage handlers and through baggage claim? It did really well, and there wasn't even a scratch on it. It's a great-looking piece of luggage, but I put stickers all over it to make sure it stands out from the rest of the black bags in the airport. The price was great as well. Five international flights with associated TSA, Border control, mishandling, etc. in 3 weeks and the two suitcases are holding up well. One thing to note is that the 'orange peel' finish does tend to show scratches. This is a superficial note but don't be surprised by them. It doesn't impact the structure or internal protection; the suitcases are solidly made. They do nest for storage. I'd buy the product again. ... show more

I thought maybe it was a little pricey, you know paying more for a good looking product which might not perform as well? But honestly, it’s worth every cent. I have to travel a lot for work and I’ve gotten so much value out of this little carry-on. It’s the perfect size for my typical trips and two years later it still looks great! I got it in black so I’m sure that helps but I can imagine wear and tear probably doesn’t look very bad in any of the color options. The lock is convenient, the rollers all still work, the telescoping handle is pretty much perfect still, and I only mention any of that because I’ve had issues with those things much sooner in more expensive cases whereas this one is still practically flawless. ... show more
