I have lived out of this suitcase everyday for the last 15 months and it has held up SO WELL!!! And still going strong! After 15 months of living out of it, it's only gotten a few scuffs and scratches on the metal corners which seem to be the purpose behind having them, just amazing to me. The zippers have held up very well and have had no problems with them other than in that front pocket, because I stuff the suitcase so full, going around the corners then zipper will sometimes skip over, but I've just learned to hold it tight at the top and it zips smoothly. The handles on the outside have held up really well too, although I wonder if I'm going to break them one day because of how I take it in and out of the car all the time by them, but they too are going strong and are comfortable and in the right places. The wheels are very smooth and convenient too! When I first got it, I had set it down on the front porch (that didn't have a railing at the time) and they rolled so smooth it rolled right off the porch from the little tilt it had! It still rolls just as smoothly and have no problems with the wheels turning or anything. The extendable handle is great too, and can stop at different heights and have had no problems with it at all. The lock on the side of it works great too, very easy to work. The suitcase also comes with an extra lock for the front zipper pouch since those zippers don't have a built in lock. I keep a lot of letter making stuff, my phone charger and a couple books on that front pocket, but unfortunately, that's about all it can take because it shares the same space as the inside of the suitcase. I keep my suitcase extended all the time and has been super flexible with it so it will still close when I don't have my clothes folded nicely in my packing cubes and in my laundry bag instead. I've learned how to maximize the space too with putting my pj's and some workout stuff in the spaces the handle makes, so this suitcase can actually hold a lot! The mesh inside zipper pocket is great, I wish there was another pocket in it though, so I safety-pinned a pouch to the other side which works great and doesn't encroach on the space I need for other things! The side that the extention is on can hold a lot even if it wasn't extended, but I prefer to keep it extended, it just flexes easier and more comfortablely. I had looked at many carry on luggage styles with 360 degrees spinning wheels, handle that extends but what is the most amazing features is the compartments or storage packing areas. Perfect for laptop, book, headphones, clothing just as the video shows. Took it to the air port and while standing in the line another passenger asked where I had purchased my Level 8 carry on and I told them from Amazon. This is the first set of luggage I've owned with four wheels, but my daughter has a set that does NOT roll smoothly at all, and I know that's a common thing amongst reasonably priced luggage with four wheels. This set rolls PERFECTLY with a heavy load, including bags on top! The zippers seem very high quality as well, and with two trips so far everything is holding up very nicely. The TSA approved locks provide piece of mind, and there are plenty of compartments and features that make packing and opening/closing the cases easy. They seem durable, and we love the look! Love the outer look and the wheels were a hit. I was worried they would break but we rolled these through airports, train terminals and down many cobble stone roads. Luggage set survived a Lengthy Trip and was Kept intact. The smallest Luggage though is indeed larger and bulkier and could risk not getting accepted as a carry on by Some Airlines- but did not pose a problem for me. Small almost non- visible minor dent was noted on one top side of 1 luggage and some scratches were visible on the silver side protector w/c to me is a minor issue I can fix. Will take this again Next year for a Very Long Distance Travel and will see How it Goes... ... show more

This is a great bag and the laptop portion is very sturdy. I don't think I'll have to worry if it falls over or something. I bought the LuggeX LT one as well, and the level 8 is better for me. Both are great, but this one gave me a bit more reassurance. BTW, the red color is fire.

Perfect carryon but very disappointed as I now want to buy the large 28" suitcase to match the carryon and it is not available in the red color. If I had known this I would have bought the carryon in a different color so I could have matching luggage.
