After watching many review videos, I decided to purchase. It looks good, definitely not the usual luggage. It’s not as heavy as I was expecting, I actually like the weight. The packaging was nice, made me feel a little better about the purchase. Although it’s aluminum, it almost has a plasticky feel. I love the feel of the handles and the automatic soft close feature. The size is a little small but the organization bags that are included, leads me to believe I can pack smarter and will be able to fit whatever I need. I love the TSA locking system, gives it a high tech treasure chest feel. It is easy to set up the locking codes ( immediately write your code down somewhere when you set up the locks), I don’t know how you can open the luggage if you forget the code. I have a upcoming trip planned so I will update this review.

I had my doubts given the price of this suitcase, but indeed it’s a solid and sturdy suitcase. I feel very comfortable putting my valuables in there especially given it has locks too. I like it, though i still think it’s a bit overpriced.

I fly alot for work and for me a suitcase is like a tool. That said it can also look good and be a good statement. I’ve definitely longed for a Rimowa as the peak of aluminum luggage but I could never justify the price. Recently I had a Samsonite hardside frame lock and got a chance to upgrade due to some damage from airline. I decided to go with this Level8 and was very pleased with the quality of the suitcase and I also got the packing cubes which was a nice surprise! I can’t wait to get it out for the next trip

I checked this bag and it has a scratch here and there but no dents. The center of gravity is great (so it doesn’t fall over easily) but could be better. For the price, it’s amazing but I would’ve appreciated metal locks (they’re a strong, thick plastic). The bag looks heavy but it isn’t. I love it and I wish this company had larger checked aluminum bags as well.
