Update: after inspecting the bag, I noticed that the screws holding the telescopic handle in place were loose. Tried to tighten but it just wouldn’t. It just kept turning with no tension. I believe this was the issue as to why the telescopic handle was wobbling and felt flimsy. Contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours, they responded (actually, it was much quicker for the initial response). They asked for videos of the issue and I sent it to them with an explanation and to my surprise, they immediately resolved my issue (it took less than a day!). I am so amazed at their customer service!!! They are awesome and will definitely respond in such a timely manner and do their best to help resolve whatever issue you might have. Because of this, they deserve way more than 5 stars!!! As for the luggage… that’s still to be determined. However, I must say that the wheels on this thing glide like butter!!! I will update once I’m back from my international trip! Let’s hope it holds up!!! ::fingers crossed:: ___________________________________________ Purchased two of the carry ons for an upcoming international trip. One of them had a zipper issue so I ordered a replacement. My replacement came today and the telescopic handles on these are way too flimsy. They move around too much and are too loose. Not something I expect from a “luxury” brand as these are quite expensive. As to how they will hold up… who knows. I’ll update once I’m back from my trip. For now, my 2 star review stands because this thing feels way too flimsy to be priced this high.

Saw a frequent traveler’s review of this roller bag so considered purchasing. Then my daughter & SIL came to visit and had this same bag (just a different color). They love theirs so, when I saw it as a Prime Day item, I had to pull the trigger. Just returned from a week in Cabo. This was my carryon and it fits a lot. And the roller wheels worked in the airport, as well as on sidewalks, streets, and the uneven decorative brick surface of the resort’s walkways. A great travel addition!

I got this because I never really had a proper suitcase and I am going across the country for school. I did a lot of research trying to get the best one that had a style I approved of and I landed on this. The packaging is sleek and nice. It moves super smoothly across hardwood and carpet. To test the durability my sister sat on it and we rolled it across the floor and it still moved just as smoothly without weight. The material seems super nice and high quality and I cannot wait to use it for college.

I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use. The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip. The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily. Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage. It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. I read the reviews before I made the decision to purchase. A lot of people were critical of the “durability” of this small carry on bag, and a few of the negative reviews stated “damaged” because they chose to check this bag into the belly of the airplane rather than CARRY IT ONTO THE AIRPLANE to stow in an overhead bin themselves. I’ve made several flight with mine and I call it a “little Hot Rod” because it easily and swiftly travels through airports, much faster than I could have anticipated. This bag is made lightweight in order to save weight and I think it’s perfect as a carry-on, which is what is is made for. If you elect to have a baggage handler get it on your flight in the cargo bin, it can easily be damaged. So buy it with that in mind.

I have two level 8 cases. Other than adjusting to packing a hard side with no give, these cases are amazing and have been the best luggage I have owned so far. I sometimes use packing cubes to get more in, but almost wonder if I really need them given the excellent zipping covers for each side, a gentle smash of my stuff and that's really enough. I am able to put my travel bag with luggage strap on the handle. And recently started adding stickers to the outside showing places I have traveled. The wheels.... I don't even know where to begin. They are so so smooth. I can walk fast and twirl these babies around and they stay at the same speed I am walking. They roll so well that if you are standing on an incline, you have to be careful, or those babies will roll right away from you. And the design, I love the straight lines, it looks very classy and I am proud to have what feels like a "statement piece" when I travel for work. Go ahead, plunk down your money, you will really enjoy this luggage.
