I have always been a fan of the Mark 4 series and used them extensively over the years. I was a little apprehensive with Leupold bringing back the Mark 4 name plate. This is not the old Military Mark 4, nor does it claim to be. It is on the other hand better. While I have not extensively put it through it's paces, I can report the glass is as clear as my Schmidt and Bender, the windage and elevation are crisp with positive feedback and the overall construction, fit and finish are top tier. I ordered the 2.5-10x42 model to put in a DDM4V7. I love the glass clarity. I run a lot of vortex vipers and this scope is head and shoulders above them. I haven’t had a lot of hard use on it yet to see how the zero lock holds up. So far in happy with it and can’t wait to take some coyotes with it!
