The installation for this application went very smoothly. It fit directly into the same slot. The new breaker did not come with mounting screws to attach it to the panel. I put the generator under a load with no issues with the new breaker.

The pictured dimensions are wrong for hev15 amp sinle pole breaker. Switch is 2" long. About 41 mm between screw holes. Round switch curb is 5/8" diameter, q/16th high. It would be nice if it included a template for drilling your panel.

Using this in a modest solar sourced power bank to protect output of a DC to AC inverter that is routed to a dedicated AC outlet in home. Updated July 2022: breaker is still working OK. But, Be careful not to over tighten the tiny mounting screws! I did and one pulled out, but no damage to the essential electric circuit. It is staying in place OK with the other mounting screw. All wiring connections are inside a regulation plastic box for safety! ... show more
