These actually work quite fantastic for the price I paid for them. Granted I have some dark red sheers under them that I have confirmed, even tho they're sheers, that it does make a noticeable difference that I have those there be if I didn't BUT these are still super duper awesome curtains and I would absolutely recommend and buy again when I get around to more of my windows. I got black but the color was great. Not faded or anything. They were super eat to install. The length was perfect. They really do an amazing job of blocking the light, even if my sheers are helping them out a bit.

I've had these curtains for 3 years now. They're still excellent and they are great. They are a thick material,( polyester feel). Really great, They black out the sun light and it's really nice. I think they are a good value for money. They still look brand new and look real nice like.

Bought these to go in my daughter's room and they are such a beautiful color. They block a lot of light from coming in and were the perfect size (make sure you measure your windows correctly). They were not wrinkled when I took them out of the package so I was able to hang them up right after opening them. Nice, thick material. Would recommend!

To reduce expenses and to help protect the environment, in early 2021 our household started taking a number of measures to cut our energy consumption. Those measures have proven successful: total 2021 electricity consumption in our single-family, detached home in the US SE was about 8,000 kWh (3,200 of which was for HVAC), compared to about 11,000 kWh annual average in previous years. [UPDATE on 1/1/23: our total electricity consumption in 2022 dropped even further to just 5,500 kWh (1,600 of which was for HVAC) for the year. We have HALVED our electricity consumption. Huge savings.] Much of our attention has been on our windows. In addition to improving energy efficiency, we have thought about privacy and, in certain rooms, blocking bright light (to allow for sleep by day, for photography and video production…). With all this in mind, we are very pleased with our LEMOMO Black Thermal Blackout Curtains. They’re thick, solid, soft to the touch, and – when installed from ceiling to floor – they do a superb job of blocking even the brightest sunshine. We left our existing curtains in place and installed the Lemomo curtains on top of them. This meant that we needed curtain braces that extend several inches away from the wall. Awesome panels and they wash well. I have bought them in different colors for several rooms. They really black out the light in even the light colors. The dark blue and the dark gray make the room almost like night even in the day time so be warned. I love it for naps!
