Bought this for a Dyson v11 stick vacuum as a direct replacement for the oem head, which it claims to be in the description. It’s NOT! Nearly identical dimensions and appearance, and fits perfectly. BUT, it’s absolutely terrible in performance. The anti-hair feature actually bogs-down the rotation of the beater bar so much that it’s only useful in turbo mode, which will drain the battery twice as fast. In normal mode, the Dyson will automatically adjust speeds according to what you’re vacuuming- but with this head the speed doesn’t automatically adjust. In essence this head turns your $500 Dyson into a janky hoop ride of a vacuum that doesn’t even clean as well as a dollar store hand broom. I returned mine pronto. Not recommended.

Better than the original. The Dyson brush head lasted three months before the spindle housing simply wore out. This one is more robust and solid. I guess I could have gotten a replacement under warrantee....Via Amazon overnight delivery this one was worth it.
