I really like this trainer. Fits great! It does accentuate my back fat 😮💨🫣but as I continue to drop this weight the rolls will minimize. Lots of sweat was produced. Great support but not too restrictive to the point where I can’t function or it takes my breath away bc it’s so tight. It provides full coverage and creates a nice shape. My body type is average at best without a lot of “curves” so this creates a nice illusion lol. There was no weird smell. Definitely purchase this one. I had a botched tummy tuck in my early 20’s which causes my upper ab area to poke out and I hate it. This smooths that area right on out! Promise you this thing snatches inches off immediately! I wear it with All 3 notches on the furthest one. I am 225lbs and been wearing for 8-9 hours daily the last 3 weeks. It's comfortable so it's easy to wear. If it's too tight, then loosen it up, simple as that! I dont wear it when I exercise even though it has like the thermo lining, I don't want to be sweating and sweating doesn't mean you're loosing weight, it means you're sweating!🤷🏽♀️ ... show more

1. It gives you more stomach rolls than you already have. 2. It's uncomfortable to wear whether you're standing up or sitting down. 3. It has a metal thing inside of it that I think is supposed to help you with your posture but it doesn't do anything to help fix it and it grips into your skin if it's too close to your legs or pelvis. 4. It doesn't really help with waist or tummy control. I've been using this for months and not once since I've put this on has it made me feel like I'm losing weight while working out and it's just really annoying to wear knowing it's not helping in anyway. When I wear it it feels and looks like there is no progress being made in my stomach and when I look in the mirror my stomach still looks the same as it was before I bought this waist trainer. Please do not buy this waist trainer I promise you there will be no difference and you will feel more fat than you probably already felt and that's not good ... show more
