Always a gamble with online scissor purchases, but these ARE indeed true lefty scissors with the blades reversed. Good in-between size for universal use. Not too small and not too large. My teenager can finally cut things.

My left handed teenager has never been able to use scissors properly. After years of feeling I had failed her, I bought her these scissors and viola! She can cut things. Unfortunately, the handle broke in half on one pair after a few uses, but I suspect she was using them on cardboard.

I bought these because although I am right handed, strongly right handed, there are occasions when I am not able to use my right hand. One example would be if I have a Band-Aid on my right hand and need to trim it. In that case, I am not able to use my right hand and any right handed scissors does not work in my left hand.🫱

If you are a lefty then get left handed scissors

I always thought that left handed scissors were a gimmick since I’m a righty. For years my youngest couldn’t cut with righty scissors to save her life. I just thought she was weak or something. I was told to get her some lefty scissors and when they arrived I tried to cut with them using my right hand and couldn’t cut a piece of paper. Turns out it makes a difference and I am a giant A hole for making my child use righty scissors up until this point.
