My left handed teenager has never been able to use scissors properly. After years of feeling I had failed her, I bought her these scissors and viola! She can cut things. Unfortunately, the handle broke in half on one pair after a few uses, but I suspect she was using them on cardboard.

I always thought that left handed scissors were a gimmick since I’m a righty. For years my youngest couldn’t cut with righty scissors to save her life. I just thought she was weak or something. I was told to get her some lefty scissors and when they arrived I tried to cut with them using my right hand and couldn’t cut a piece of paper.
