    • I bought this thing as an addition to my Lyman Case prep machine and it works great. Very accurate.
This Lee Case trimmer completes my Lyman Case Prep machine. it trims the cases very uniformly with little effort. Compaired to the machines that gauge off the case neck, this machine that gauges off the base of the case is much more uniform. I have bought some more for each of my centerfire rifles.

This product is simple to use and does the case trimming job flawlessly. It is the perfect addition to your case prep center. *You need to put lock tite on the screw in the back of the cutter to prevent it from un-screwing out of the cutter when removing it from your Prep center.

I read that the threaded stud was too short to work with the Frankford rig--not so. The Lee cutter I received has a threaded stud that is adjustable; after determining the proper length, I'll red-loctite it into the cutter head, making it perfectly usable on the Frankford. Now my Frankford rig, which only works with bottle-neck cases, will also now work with straight-walled cases. You do need the Lee case-length-gauge and case holder to work with this--and they are cartridge specific. ... show more
