The media could not be loaded. This red light lamp is super effective and practical, it has relieved my muscle pain and has also helped me with the texture of the skin in general since red light has multiple benefits and with this lamp everything is easier, thanks to its adjustable support, you can use it in the place you need, it also has an automatic shutdown timer that prevents excessive use, it has its remote control, glasses and manual for easy understanding when using it, very happy with my lamp!!!

I spent some time thinking about how to rate this product. The packaging was good, the assembly was simple, and the device seems sufficiently stable and sturdy for home use. Since I had previously used an 150W IR lamp, I was very surprised that the device produces no heat at all. However, I overlooked this, as this fact about 660 nm & 850 nm rays can be found online. I am deducting points for the depiction of the device in the first advertisement image as well as the heat representations in the third advertisement image. These depictions do not correspond to reality, neither in terms of proportions (unless the woman in the picture is really very small) nor in the suggestion that you can warm limbs with the device (and reach the deeper tissue) like with an IR lamp. Whether the rays have any positiv effect, I can only say after a few weeks.

I bought this red and infrared light therapy lamp (660nm & 850nm) and I’m really impressed with the results. Within the first week I noticed improvement in muscle soreness after workouts and relief from joint discomfort. The dual wavelengths work great since they target both the surface of the skin and deeper tissues. The adjustable head with stand is a big plus because it allows me to direct the light exactly where I need it without having to hold the device.
