This actually works really well. There are more color options with this than some of others that I found. Instructions are included, however set up is very straightforward. The ability to connect additional letters is done with ease and having them all coordinate the color and mode is a great feature. I actually really liked this but I ended up returning it because it's actually much smaller than I thought it would be and perhaps I received a defective one, but I couldn't get it to balance upright without being supported or held in place. They can be mounted on to a wall or something but I was looking to have them stand upright on a table and they just wouldn't stay in place without falling over. So I'd say if your looking to mount these are great, otherwise you may want to look elsewhere. ... show more

Set up is simple and not at all intimidating - you just connect one wire to the left and one to the right. Unfortunately I need these so I have to deal with getting a wrong letter, broken letter, and faulty controller. I sent both a wrong I received and a faulty letter back but they claim it was not received so I was charged twice. Be careful with this company.
