The reason I gave a 5 star, is because they are a 5 star seller!! I emailed them right away and had a response with in a few hours and problem solved before 24 hours. Great job. I ordered this for a client's birthday and was worried that the cheap price would mean it's a piece of crap, but it's actually not. I won't say it's the highest quality, but it works, it's as advertised, and it's super pretty. The switch is a little weird; I went to squeeze the battery back since it's sort of shaped like it's a button, but there's a little switch on the top.
