The media could not be loaded. This was fairly easy to install but you do need an electric outlet installed behind the mirror. Typically there are lights above existing mirrors. If needed the power can be relocated to a spot lower on the wall. It comes with a plug but can also be hardwired. I think plugging into an outlet behind the mirror makes more sense. The light looks awesome. It has many different colors and light levels to choose from.

I love my mirror. I dont have a foggy mirror after showering and the extra light is great for putting on my makeup. It would elevate any bathroom to a much nicer look also.

Loved this mirror. Easy to install. Looks great, but it stopped heating/defogging in less than a year. I removed the back panel and checked the connections, as well as tested the power source up to the heating coils and there was power, but they no longer generate heat. Waiting to hear back from the company on a warranty/replacement. Update: I contacted the company and they are sending a replacement. They were great to work with. Very responsive and reasonable.

The media could not be loaded. I love this mirror. It will light up in three different neutral colors. It will dim down to a night light. The video I took doesn't show the dimming well because the phone camera adjusts for the lighting. I haven't used the defrost yet because it has been installed in a vacant rental unit. All of these pictures the mirror still has the protective coating. I left it on because we are still doing dusty drywall work in the rental. *Note that I don't think you can separate the back light from the front light. I believe it's either all on, all off or all dimmed. Also, when I read the reviews I didn't see any pictures of the back of the mirrors so I included that. Now I have ordered two of these mirrors and both are similar behind the mirror. Although the mirror can be hung with different orientations that means your controlls for the mirror functions will follow that. For example, if you need to hang upside down the controls would be on the right top of the mirror. Both sizes of mirror i ordered had the controls on the left front. This was important to me because in order to install the plug we were running into venting and stud obstacles behind the mirror. The plug for these mirrors is flat and there is at least one half inch of space behind the mirror to clear the plug as the mirror hangs flat against the wall. I do hope the light lasts for a good long time. I haven't seen any reviews about that. Lastly, the mirror is hung by two points on the wall. The two "hangers" allow the mirror to hook to the Ridge on the mirror frame. It it very easy to remove, or slide the mirror left or right slightly depending on how far apart you place the hardware on the wall. The mirror is very sturdy on the wall.

Simple, easy installation. Wired it to the existing light switch for the previous over the sink lighting. Once the mirror setup in complete, it retains the settings, making the use of a wall switch simple.
