We needed a new mattress so I went shopping for one and went through alot of reviews. Had a Serta that we paid 1200.00 for about 10yrs ago and this one i believe actually sleeps better in my opinion. Great quality and came in box right to my door so saved alot of trouble as far as getting another king in town and trying to wrestle it home. I have never bought a bed in a box. I was a bit worried about buying this as I am used to a nice mattress. A friend bought a cheaper one for around $300 & she hated it. This one is wonder. We love it!

    • Terrible Bed, don’t believe the return policy or 100 day warranty!
This bed is terrible. It is plush but if you or one sleeping next to you moves in the night it transfers all of the movement and feels like a waterbed. It is very disruptive to sleep on unless you lie totally still. We followed the instructions and let it fully expand but unfortunately after only a couple weeks of use there is a low spot in the bed. The worst part of it all is that you can’t return it regardless of the return policy. I bought this mattress because of the return policy and “100 night trial” what a joke! The seller wants me to lug this fully expanded 140lb cal king mattress to the post office and pay the shipping myself. Amazon is also no help they say they “might” require the seller to refund the shipping of you go ahead and get the post office to take it. When I called my post office to ask about how to ship it they laughed! Don’t buy it ... show more

Box that came in was extremely damaged driver took pictures. I have pictures. It looks OK the product not sure I’m going to Mexico so I can’t open in here Not until October
