Bought these gloves to use below 25 degrees F. They work well. I am running hunting dogs with these gloves. Can be windy 25 to 35 mph. Cuffs go over coat sleeve. Nice seal. At times I have to take gloves off to operate dog tracking system. They are easy to get on and off. Not true of all gloves. Yet the seal to the coat is still good. 150 level of 3M thinsulate does seem to make a difference with the cold conditions. Fingers are good for 1.5 hours and this is about as long as I am out in these conditions. Gloves with a lower level of thinsulate will start to have your fingers become cold in about 30 minutes. i=eliminating cold fingers is why I purchased the gloves. ... show more

I was going to return these because it didn’t feel like they would be very warm. I decided to try them out tonight instead and they actually kept my hands warm for several hours in 15 degree weather. Better than any other glove I have tried.

These are great gloves and a great deal. They are warm and fit true to size. There is some breaking that must need to happen since the fingers where the leather meets the other material that feels bunched up. I am ordering another pair already!

How can you call these warm weather gloves when the last third of the index finger and thumb are uninsulated. If I'm wearing gloves to keep my hands warm I am not concerned with how well I can still text. Simply removing the insulation is not a good way to do this any ways.
