Love this bag.. the only issue I have now is that one of the leather pieces that covers the metal strap rings has come apart. I will have to superglue or sew it together...other than that, its a very nice bag.

I don't, understand all the negative reviews (mostly the tan so maybe that color is not made well). Some say not a large tote-well read the measurements-duh. If you want large look elsewhere. I purchased a navy and pink last year, and they have both held up extremely well. I am not gentle with them and are used daily and they still look new. Size is perfect. Not everyone wants to haul a huge tote bag everyday-This is a normal size purse ladies! They are both darker than the pictures but not in a bad way. Looking for my 3rd color now! ... show more

Finally found the best leather bag for me. Had to return several before i got the right one. Love the color and texture of this real leather bag (not pu) Straps just the right length without having to adjust. Fits well under the arm but not too snug. Handy outside zipper for keys, etc so you don't have to search inside bag. The top outside zipper is easy to open and close. Two side pockets inside, which you can easily drop things into, such as glasses, pens, and keys, (if you don't use outside zipper for keys). Only one thing I don't like; if you want to use the inside drop-pocket for your phone, you can't then easily zip the outside zipper because your phone will stick up too far. After a few months and beyond the 30-day return window, the leather ripped which holds the strap to the purse and the stitching broke. Otherwise, seems like a quality purse. Unfortunately, now it's useless unless we can find someone else to fix it.
