Ordered the size Medium in the dark brown shade. Shipping took 10 days, love that. The color of this bag is absolutely perfect. The size of this bag is perfect. While this is not leather, it's buttery soft. I was hoping the bag to arrive in a box to avoid damage. It arrived in just a bag, but exactly as pictured and no issues what so ever with the structure or quality knowing the material before purchasing. It does have a slight smell to it. Nothing a few days aired out wont fix ( I just put a few dryer sheets inside to help ) I absolutely can't wait to use this gorgeous bag!! I will be ordering the large size for a 'car catch all bag'. As others have stated, this bag is not leather despite the description clearly stating "genuine leather". I immediately started the return process and received a label to put inside the package when shipping back. I have not received a shipping label and was told that "the seller will provide a shipping label within 5 days". Today a partial refund was received that is supposed to clear the bank within one week. I have never seen a return/refund handled like this which is concerning given this item was purchased through Amazon. ... show more
