This press is great for leather working. You can install the chuck or the plate. With the chuck, it’s easy to punch holes, punch with stitching irons, stamp, use a corner rounder, set snaps, rivets, and grommets. It takes a tool with a handle up to one cm in diameter. I have one or two tools with a smallish handle. For these I put a small piece of thin veg tan around the handle and it works great. You can install the pressing plate for different action. You can press stamps w/o a handle. You can also use small die cutters. I have sets of circle cutters and square cutters. The press is a good tool for using these dies. You can anchor your press to a base, but I have not done that and don’t plan to. I don’t have a good workbench yet and my press is on my computer desk. Instead of anchoring it, I simply hold it with one hand while pressing with the other. It’s simple and doesn’t take much effort. This press can do a lot and it’s well worth the price tag, in my opinion. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I love these machines. I have used my first one extensively. I need a second one to make things a Bit smoother. See my video. The. Build quality is very strong. It is easy for me to use and the value and quality of the other attachment I I got in this buy was top notch. It is a little heavier than my other one but I do not mind. It works very well.

Nice product overall. Pros- *much more quite than having to hammer at 2am in the morning =P *With the drill attachment you can you hole punches, and even add your stitching punches in there ( I would get a cheap round set) *with the press it comes with you can stamp initials and names or logos so much easier *Over all its so much more quite, the punches and leather stitching punches do their job with ease and make very clean and very consistent punches. The neg! Honestly there is nothing wrong with the press its just quality of life issues here lol. So if you want to raise and lower you have to use the Allen wrench and loosen the bolts to raise and lower which maybe thumb screws would be better?? IDk maybe not. I wish the plat form for laying ur leather on for stamping was just a tad bigger but its ok. Once you figure out what height you need for punching etc I would recommend adding a line with a marker or tape or something cause it really sucks putting it to a certain place then if being to high or to low and having to unscrew the bolts again and adjust and do it again.

I love this press so much. It is easy to switch between the drill chuck and presser plate, and to switch out attachments. Everything is included, and it is very heavy (good quality). This has leveled up my leather game immeasurably, and is worth every penny.

I got this press for stamping veg tan leather. It worked great and found many other uses for it. It is a main stay in my leather working tool kit now. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box.

Works great for the money. I was skeptical because of some of the reviews saying that it was hard to adjust to the correct height, but I have found it to be easy to adjust. I use it with leather shape punches on real leather and it works great.

I bought this to do stamping for a leather class I was teaching. On the first use, the press bent and was no longer flat or usable. The main bar is made out of chinesium and is super cheap. The quality of everything else seems to be pretty good. Because of long shipping lead times, I am now outside of the return window, and I basically just wasted $200 in about 30 seconds of use. Loved the idea, wanted it to work, terrible execution.
