The media could not be loaded. This is much more sturdy and professional feeling than I thought it would be at this price. It feels really good in your hand and doesn't take much of a squeeze to make it through even fairly thick leather. Most of the punch parts are metal and the plastic pieces are more on the trim than the actual tool construction. Once I got into my 40's and my metabolism slowed down and my love for pizza increased, I began to notice that my belts no longer fit well. The sad reality of the situation is that I needed a tool like this to save myself from.buying several new belts. The only issue I have with this ... other than it being tough to click the different-sized punches into place ... is that sometimes the little leather punch bits get stuck in the punches. They include a long, narrow tool for this, but it seems to happen more often than not with the more narrow punches. The others expel the little leather piece out of the hole in the tool easily. You get a surprisingly nice protective storage case and a lot of little tools such an auger, a hole lining up ruler tool, a cheap pair of scizzors, etc. My biggest tip when using this is that the head with all the punches feels stuck at first ... but when you really give it some pressure, it will turn and click into place. Overall, I never expected such a nice tool ... or kit ... when I ordered this. If you are a professional leather worker, obviously you'll want a better made tool. However for do it yourself repairs of belts, shoes, bags. leather crafts. etc. and those who need to add a few more holes in their belts, this is a fantastic and inexpensive tool. I hope my video, pictures and honest review after actually using the product was helpful to you.

Came locked and the anvil was damaged as a result, but only the bushing. Thankfully, it comes with an extra. Overall it's sturdy and will get the job done.

If you are looking for a leather hole punch, this seems like a pretty good value to me at 14 dollars. Mine came with a semi-decent pair of scissors, 4 extra backstops for the punches and a tiny screwdriver to replace them, a file to clean out waste material from the punches, a case, and the tool itself. Everything seems of decent quality and the tool itself worked well when I tested it on a few different thicknesses of material, the backstops provided positive feedback when cutting through by way of the sound of a distinctive snap which let me know I was all the way through without having to strain my wrist trying too hard to be sure. For the price I think this is a great option.

This leather hole punch comes in a nice zipper case. It contains the punch and assorted accessories. The punch has a rotating head that allows you to make a variety of holes. This is one of those items that I don't plan on using all the time to make leather crafts, but it was a great price and there are a few times that I just really need to make another hole in a belt or punch a hole in a leather item. I tried it out on a leather belt and it worked fine. It was relatively easy to figure out how to use and it was a lot easier then trying to make do with something else laying around the house. For $14, it will come in handy.

This is a very easy to use tool and does a great job. The hole that punches is pretty perfectly circular. You simply rotate the punch tool wheel to the size of the hole you need. Slide your leather between the base and the punch tool, and squeeze the handle tightly. You can see the test I did in my picture with the tool made by this tool on the right (don't mind the old, worn belt..). Also, to get the size I had placed the existing hole (pictured left) onto the tool, however when doing this you should make sure the material doesn't go further down the punch tool than the thickness of the leather (as that's as far as it's going to punch through). In my test run pictured, I wasn't thinking about this and that's why I got a smaller hole compared to the existing one. My only complaint is I wish they would have provided some sort of "clearing tool" to remove leather remnants from within the punch tools. They are hollow, and I assume the material will push itself up and fall out of the middle, eventually. But something to manually clear these out would have been nice. It does include a small screwdriver and a replacement base for when that's worn. This worked far better than using any other type of tool I've tried in the past (those not built to do this - e.g., drills, sharp skewers, etc.). Definitely appreciate this tool!

This is a very complete and handy kit for adding additional holes to a belt without making it look like you did! It comes in a surprisingly sturdy case with everything you need - a guide to place and mark the holes, a multi-size leather punch, scissors, a screwdriver, and extra pads. It made it very easy to add additional holes to a good belt, and at a very good price.

This set is a steal, at this price, the quality is much higher end than the price tag. You would pay triple for just the hole punch alone of this quality, and this comes with a nice case and accessories. I got this for an emergency back up hole punch, to keep in my horse trailer, but it’s quality is so nice it’s now my favorite to use.
