The pull-up bar is easy to put together based on instructions and it is located in one corner my bedroom so not occupying so much space. It is definitely good use of money. One issue with it, it does not sounds a little loose with noise when trying to pull up. Overall it is stable.

I’m 6’ & 220 pounds. It wobbles a little bit but that is to be expected from a low end unit. I like it for the most part, I have had others in the past and I like the fact that the pull-up bar is adjustable, very cool my wife loves that as well. It was fairly easy to assemble, to me it was a fair price. I would recommend After using it for a month or two go back and retighten the nuts and bolts. I do a ton of bar dips maybe that loosened them some. I don’t know why the even included the resistance bands because they are pointless unless you are incredibly weak. They are really just cheap bungee cords. I tossed them out along with the little carabiners holding them to the unit. I have a home studio gym and this is a cool little addition.     • You’ll need sand bags if you actually plan on using it

As far as putting together gym equipment goes, this was an experience. Directions provided aren’t real helpful, ended up searching you tube for videos to help. You’ll need a set of Allan wrenches and open ended wrenches because the ones provided are very cheap and do not do a good job tightening bolts and such, as well as being painful on the hands. The “leather” on the arm rests and back pad is definitely NOT leather. I anticipate having to recover those in the near future. The back pad sits way back, so for a smaller person, you’ll need to do like I did and add padding to bring it forward. Be nice if it was reversible. As far as actual use, that’s hazardous unless you weigh down the feet and legs with a lot of sand bags. I’m a small gal and don’t weigh but a buck twenty, but one attempt at a dip or a pull up and it tips right over on you. The “suction cup” feet don’t suction anything. Sand bags solved that for me, but I’m not sure that would be enough for someone twice my size. As for the pulley ropes for resistance training, they are completely pointless. They have no resistance whatsoever. Very cheap and went straight in the trash. I probably would not buy this again and definitely would not recommend it for an average sized person. ... show more

If only I could go back and save myself the time. This product showed up missing over 25% of the hardware (nuts, bolts, etc). The hardware that was still in the pack was cheap, soft metal that bends and strips with the slightest bit of torque. The brackets were bent to the point where I could barely mount the pieces together to bolt down. The foot on the base was already broken, the slotted spacer where you mount the pull-up bar poles was broken, and the pads on the dip handles were already torn and falling off. It wasn't even worth the time I spent putting it together (after buying the extra nuts/bolts from the hardware store) All that aside, if you want a rickety dip/pull-up bar that tips over when you put bodyweight on it, this is perfect for you. Otherwise save yourself the headache and pay for something better ... show more

This item is nothing like the picture. It's light and frail. The picture shows a solid, thick, frame. I didn't realize how thin it was until I assembled it. I wanted to send it back but I didn't want to take it apart again. This is something for a young kid to use. It wobles while using it. Definitely not for a tall person. I'm 5'8" 195lbs. This isn't good for someone 6ft 220lbs. If you only have a small space, It's good for that, but I do not recommend this item outside of that. ... show more
