My daughter is learning her basics and this book helps. It prompts her if she is having trouble on an area. It gives the answer and then she continues from where she left off. We use this book a lot. It really is a all in one book. Different areas are in this book. Easy to follow for her. She enjoys learning with this book. Soon she won't have to press to get the answers. Highly recommend!!! My daughter loves this toy. It is very educational. She picked up on telling time at 2 years old from this toy, which is remarkable to me. The instruments are great categories to discover with her with the sounds. We go over the various activities and we take it with us in the car on rides. I am happy with anything that will help with their learning to read. This book keeps their attention for a very long time. Gave it to my friend's 1yo son as a Christmas present, and he loves it! it was interactive and fun learning at the same time. I'd rather kids play with something that is education at the same time so this was really great. however the pages were made of out a cardboard material, so if you're not careful, the kid could easily rip it out. i wish it was made of a more durable material. would still recommend this toy though! ... show more
