    • Great Quality Casserole and Roasting Dish Set...
When these arrived I thought that there was absolutely no way they all survived because of how damaged the box was. Each of the four corners had been crushed, and both short ends of the box had damage. I opened the box to find a sheet of Polyurethane foam separating the racks from the dishes, the dishes wrapped in more Polyurethane foam, cardboard "bumpers", and then thick cardboard between each dish. Everything survived what must have been a very tremendous trip! The dishes are all made with thick ceramic, and the wire racks each have 4 little feet to hold them up and off the bottoms of the dishes. While looking at the first dish I was a little worried at first because the edges were square (I have had square baking dishes before that you could never get the corners clean), but was then relieved to look inside and see that everything was rounded to make cleanup much easier. I can't wait to bake something in this set of 3 quality baking, roasting, and casserole dishes. A great addition to my kitchen! This set of casserole dishes/roasting pans are a great asset to have. They are excellent quality pans that are designed to be a little deeper then others. Unless you drop them, these pans should last you a lifetime. I also love having 3 different sizes available to me. They stack together nicely, which means that they take up very little room when not being used. When they first arrived, I used the large one to make an oven roast and it worked very well. Having the rack in the bottom raises your roast off the pan and allows to juice to collect under the rack so it is easily accessible for basting. Remove the rack and you have a pan that is perfect for lasagna or baked ziti. ... show more

These are nice, but a bit thinner than I expected, like they're just a bit lighter than most of the quality ceramic casserole dishes I'm familiar with.. That does give me a bit of concern about how long they'll last, but I'm happy with them so far. I love the sizes, and that they come with the little metal racks. Good set, even if they may not be the best of the best in quality, though maybe a bit pricey at $70 ... show more

Absolutely love these! Took the large one on the first day I got them and made a lasagna! I normally would prefer a glass dish so I can see what is going on in the cooking process, but they normally are not quite deep enough to do the layering that is needed for a perfect lasagna. The larger one I used was perfect. I gave up the see through and had to rely on the recipe timing, and it turned out to be the best lasagna I have ever made. I also love the racks that go in the bottom if you need them for other types of preparation. They are sturdy but actually not as heavy as they look and clean up was so easy. This is a great set of ceramic baking dishes. They appear to be good quality and each comes with a metal rack giving me the option of using them as roasting pans as well as baking dishes. They nest nicely together—I kept the cardboard packed between them to minimize scratching. I’ll see how they hold up and wash them update if I have any issues. Overall this is a great set for the price—although it seems a bit high for ceramic versus stoneware, it’s hard to find a set like this that includes the racks. ... show more

This set of casserole dishes is just as shown. They appear well made and with the ceramic material they have quite a bit of weight to them making them feel sturdy. I like their overall look and are the type of dish’s that are nice for having guests for dinner. I’m not sure that I’d ever have use for the roasting rack for the smallest one just given the size of it but do like that I have the option to use it if it’s ever needed. ... show more

I really like these baking and roasting dishes. What caught my attention is that each one has a drip rack, and they are a lot deeper than most casserole dishes or roasting pans. This makes it less likely to have to clean up your oven afterwords. The contents won’t bubble over as easily. They are a little on the heavy side, and may break if you bang them against something, so be a little extra careful. They clean up easily, and I like the larger sizes.
