This casserole baker is great ! After cooling down simply put the included platter lid on top and into the fridge. The size is perfect and very very easy to clean, hot soapy water is all you need for baked on residue. Happy Happy with this product.

I love the design of this dish. I have used it for multiple dishes (i.e. lasagna, chicken, etc) and it works wonderfully. Clean up is easy. Pop it into the dishwasher and comes out sparkling.

So easy to wash by hand; machine washable; versatile lid/server/shallow pan; size is smaller than I anticipated (I didn’t take enough into account for the handles), but I love everything about the set and would buy again.

The lid/tray does not fit securely over the roaster. That is why I rated it four stars instead of five. I am not returning it because of an immediate need. My other Le Creuset stoneware stoneware is extremely well crafted.
