The media could not be loaded. The combo makes the cleaning work easier. It works very well for the new burning marks but for the stubborned one, you need to take some extra step and effort so that the marks can get off easily. But the cleaner definitely helped me a lot. It didn’t look sparkling for the first attempt to the long time burning marks. So it is better that you should buy the cleaning set at the same time whenever you purchase the Le creuset Dutch oven and clean the whenever you finish cooking on them. If you have any Le Creuset enameled cast iron, this cleaner is amazing. It really does keep it looking like new. I noticed that any time I cook things that slightly stick to the bottom, there is a film left behind, no matter how much soap I use or scrub with a sponge. I can feel the film with my finger, but it’s hard to see. The Le Creuset cleaner does a fantastic job of removing this film, bringing back the “new” shine of the interior enamel. I subtracted one start due to the brush...it appears that it should only be used on the black interior enamel, which is a little hardier than the beige. I have a $20 scrub brush I won’t use, at least for this purpose. I will buy cleaner again, without the brush. ... show more

I use my Dutch oven all the time. No matter how much I scrub with normal soap and water some of the discoloration remains. This product removes everything and leaves looking like new! I used the scrubby side of my sponge and some elbow grease. Would definitely recommend!

I was so skeptical. I am a cheapstake and don't like to spend money. So to spend $50 on a "cleaner" and a brush... not happy. But I have been trying to clean the brown oven spots off my Le Creuset for a year and nothing worked. This arrived tonight and I tried it immediately. I will never be without this. I wish I had taken a before and after picture so everyone could see the difference. I'm pleasantly surprised! Does my white enameled cast iron look as pristine as the day I bought it, no, but there is such a night and day difference! After several years of use making Beef Burgundy, Coq Au Vin, and various Stews, I couldn't get off the baked in stains no matter how hard, or how much I scrubbed it after each use.
