I’ve been using these earphone sleep masks for a little while now, and overall I really love them! The material is super soft, i like the black color because even though I'm sleeping I'm still vain, and they feel comfortable on my face and doesnt get too hor. They block out light really well and make falling asleep so much easier. The built-in speakers sound surprisingly good, though I’ll admit that when I sleep on my side, I can sometimes feel them a bit. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you’re a strict side sleeper like me. The charging cord is another small quirk... I still haven’t totally figured out the best place to tuck it, but honestly, it doesn’t really get in the way so I don’t think about it much. One thing to know is that you can’t change songs from the mask itself. You can adjust the volume, but the button is placed right in the middle of the forehead, which can be a little awkward. That said, once I actually put the mask on, I almost never use the buttons anyway, so it hasn’t been a huge issue for me. All in all, it’s a super cozy sleep mask with great sound and just a few minor quirks. If you want something soft, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding at night with music or podcasts, I would definitely recommend giving these a try!

Let me start by saying that when this mask works, it is GREAT! It is comfortable, roomy around the eyes, and plays music and really helps with sleep. It’s even good for side sleepers and people with sensitive ears. The problem is that the controls are ridiculous. The on/off button is this shifty little double button that moves all around in the mask. Nothing permanent that tells you if it’s on or off. So you try to get the button timing right, while holding the mask up to your ear to hear it announce that the power is on. Is it on? is it off? is it draining the battery or low in battery? Who knows? Without knowing that it’s on, you have phone calls go to the mask without even knowing it’s on. Most of the time in the middle of the night when I’m not sleeping well, I will click the buttons 5-10 times and give up in frustration. If I could just see a simple left/right switch and could see at any time whether it was on or off, this would be a great product. Now it’s just a maddening guessing game.

Their customer service is spectacular. I have a couple styles of the LC-Dolida blue tooth sleep masks. I tell my mother in law to buy these for me for Christmas every year. This year I got the soft style with the 2 removable Velcro eye pieces to make it easy to swap out and wash. So I learned that the battery in this unit would not last through the night. The box says it last 14 hours. I checked my charger. I checked my wall outlet. I made sure I was plugging it in right and still when I would go to bed at 10 or 11 pm it was dead by 3 or 4 am in the morning. I reached out via email to customer service. They had a new one in the mail within a day or two, and I had it by the end of the week. Since that one wasn’t working well. I went back and got one of my second ones that I keep as a spare to begin using it in the meantime and found that it was dying rapidly too so I reached out to customer service again about that one and they sent a replacement for that unit as well. Now you do need to kerp and have your Amazon receipts because they do offer a two-year warranty. And they honored it without question. so absolutely their brand of masks are a great product. I very much enjoy using them. They’re extremely comfortable and their customer service has been excellent. Definitely, definitely I recommend this company and this brand.

UPDATE: I've had this for almost a year, and it's holding up great. The elastic on the mask isn't stretched out, the mask itself isn't looking shabby and the speakers still hold a charge that plays all night long. I've used it every night (and occasionally for naps in between) and I am very pleased. The only thing I'm worried about is the charge cord breaking. I put some electrical tape around it, though, and hope to get another year out of the mask. I loved my first sleep mask but the replacement mask was not the same quality and looked worn in a few months. Then I tried a different brand that I liked but the mask part was worn out in less than a year and the wire to one speaker broke. So, I tried this one and I'm glad I did. I've only had it 2 months, but it still looks like new, so that's a good sign. Pros: Fits well, keeps out the light. Sleep timer is great. I didn't think I'd use it, but I do. It helps the charge last and I don't reach the end of the audiobook as fast. White noise is nice. I didn't think I'd use this either, but I do and I actually like it now. Volume changes with a tap, not a long press. Much better than the ones I had before. Quality of the mask itself is better than the others, so far. Cons: Speakers are thick enough to cause ear pain if they are not placed in the right spot. Luckily, they don't move around much in the mask, so this doesn't happen often. The white noise for rain that I prefer has a hard stop, quiet and then starts again. It is kind of annoying, but I've gotten used to it. The volume change between taps isn't very fine. It can switch between too loud and too soft with no in-between. The velcro doesn't bother me when I sleep, but does grab my hair when I take the mask off. Tips: When it says press three times, it means thee fast taps. If it's not working, try tapping faster. Some of the white noises have a quiet start, so when you long press to change them, give it a few seconds to hear the noise, it probably did change, just hasn't gotten to the hearable part yet. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Getting a sleep timer and white noise for the same price as those without makes it worth the purchase alone and the mask seems to be a better quality than the previous ones I bought. Hoping this one lasts a long time.
