Not sure if this was originally a mistake by Amazon who shipped it or the seller that’s why I thought I would update to four stars maybe will change it to five depending on how the sheets feel after I try them out ——- I ordered 100 % bamboo 1800 thread count and this is what I received 100 cotton 600 thread count wow for $71 I was not expecting the wrong item nor would I pay that for cotton sheets.     • Initial thughts
Immediate details noticed upon opening package is that the fabric is very soft and the color looks good. The only undesirable thing was an odd smell. I washed and dried, and the smell was still there a little bit. I put them on my bed and slept on them right after wash. They were not very wrinkle resistant, but that didn't bother me. They felt nice to the touch, and the cooling factor is there. I did get a little hot, but I am naturally a very hot sleeper. I believe these sheets do offer some cooling qualities as I was not has hot as I have been while using other sheets. The smell seemed to have dissipated by the next morning, so I feel good about this purchase. I would recommend these to a friend. Update: after 2 washes the smell is completely gone. These are very soft, cool to the touch… I like them. I am happy with them so far. ... show more

    • The Softest Sheets -- Just Bought Two More Sets

I don't usually write reviews but I finding great sheets has been notoriously difficult for me, so I thought I'd do my part and share my experience for the next person. Packaging -- Splendid. Definitely gives the feel of luxury and very thoughtful if you are giving these as a gift. Softness -- I washed them immediately and they were just as soft and super comfortable. I hate getting out of bed in the morning because I just want to stay in these sheets. Cooling -- I'm with a hot sleeper, which is why I tried these sheets. He says he likes them. I still wake up kind of toasty in the morning, which I like, but it's difficult to say how cooling they are, although no one has been sweating or anything, so probably an unsung hero here. Wrinkling -- My hot sleeper put a small, constantly-changing-shape gel pillow in his case and that pillowcase is hilariously wrinkled. The sheets and the case on my pillow are barely wrinkled at all. Whole bed looks normal, his pillowcase looks like it was previously wadded up to maintain the shape of a new shoe. The good news is that while that's unsightly, it doesn't seem to affect the softness or comfort of the case. These are the softest, most comfortable sheets I've ever had and honestly, I'm considering traveling with them. I hope this helps. ... show more

I love these sheets! I get hot when I sleep and that’s what motivated me to buy these. I’ve been sleeping on them for about a month now and they are my new favorite sheets.     • Oil from your skin will stain pillow cases and sheet and does not wash out easy.

I wa very hesitant to buy these sheets. How could they be so good with such a reasonable price??? But they are!!! The packaging they came is was beautiful. The are literally the softest sheets I’ve ever slept in! So good we replaced all the sheets on all the beds in our house. The are so silky feeling without being cold.
