I will say I’m comparing with bear paw shearling boots, which are my winter staple. I got these because I needed waterproof and to avoid ruining my bearpaws . That said, these seem to be mostly waterproof, but not quite as comfy as I’d expect. Footbed is an odd shape and I wouldn’t wear them all day. They will do to shovel the driveway, tho. I purchased this because it has so many good reviews but I guess it's nothing like they described it. There not warm at all, they fit wear out shape and also they come without a shoe insert 😤 we got snow a few days ago and guess what the water got inside the boot can't wear them anymore:( so disappointed. ... show more

Very soft, protects from the snow but you need thick socks or they won’t feel too warm. Needed them for New England weather and they’ve held up 2 large storms
