My wife really liked it, it took 3 hours to assemble, very explanatory manual, a little complex, needs drilling in some parts, material is not the best, the ideal is to have a light on it, in short my wife is happy 🙏🏻

I was hesitant to order because other reviews stated the table was difficult to assemble. Specifically, the drawers were a common issue I read from other reviews. The drawers were my favorite pieces to assemble! I’ve never assembled a furniture piece ever in my life and I was determined to complete this assembly on my own. I assembled the drawers first and worked my way around the various steps in an order that made sense to me. I can honestly say, it wasn’t bad at all. I had a few hang ups understanding orientation of certain pieces vs the visuals demonstrated in the instructions. The shipping box was packed nicely. No parts missing and no parts damaged. I am extremely disappointed with this product. The instructions were very difficult to follow and it came with small defects throughout the wood. To make matters worse, the drawers are not centered and do not close all the way (the seller put the holes in the incorrect place - see other reviews), but the screws holding them together are stuck in the threads, so we can't remove them to try to drill a hole where they should be. Additionally, the handles are bronze, not gold. This is one of the worst purchases I have made on Amazon in a very long time. Very deceitful and now we have to pay shipping to get a refund. Strongly advise against getting this product as you will only learn how frustrating it is once you have finished building it. ... show more

I had a couple issues with assembly because of the lack of detail in steps 3-5. For anyone running into issues with the instructions: with steps 3 & 4, the holes marked for screwing in the metal rails are incorrectly marked on one side, but you'll be able to fix it in step 12 if you guess wrong! For steps 5-7, pay close attention to the location of the holes and spacing between the screwed pieces in the diagrams; otherwise the holes and screws will not perfectly align in step 8 (but they should and will, once you fix the positioning of some of the panels!). I was able to assemble it on my own, but it did take several hours, and it looks very nice and more expensive than its cost. ... show more
