I needed replacement blinds that let in some sunlight, but still provided privacy. I have a hard time waking up as it gets closer to the daylight savings time switches. I need the dawning sun in the morning. I chose these over the vinyl slats because of that reason as well as they were visually appealing. They arrived well-packed and in great condition. After checking that they would fit my old curtain track hardware just fine, I unrolled the slats and got to work. I would say on a DIY scale of 1-5, these were a 2 in the sense of skill level. I could have used a tape measure and gotten precise measurements on each of them, but I just laid an old slat on the rug (I would suggest a long counter or table for better accuracy and comfort) and matched each new slat to that. Not OCD precise, but I was able to get all of them within an eighth of an inch of each other. Be aware, it is a VERY snug fit to get the peg, with the material wrapped around it, into the curtain clip. I used a small block of wood on the floor to pull down on the peg and material and get it to slide fully into the clip. Be patient. It’s a process. But once you find one that works, you can repeat it 30 times. I chose not to cut the slack off. The fold was only about 1.5”, but it will be easy to cut them in the future. Color: I have white walls. I was hesitant about the “alabaster” color, but it looks great and does not clash with the white. Value: well worth the cost and effort. They look great and give me just enough sunrise to help me wake up. They seem to be very good quality. I am very satisfied with these blind replacements. The only thing I needed after was the chain at the bottom to help unify the slats so they don’t turn into wind socks. It was not something I needed with the old vinyl ones, so that got by me. But there are several options on Amazon to find that. Cheers!

As a parent with a toddler, I can confidently say these blinds are highly durable, able to withstand rough handling and accidental pulls. They are also noticeably more attractive and better constructed than the original blinds that came with our home, which often felt brittle and cheap.

Product was as expected. It was easy to do. My only problem was that I am missing one piece to hang my last vertical blind. I’m not sending back. The fabric is good and it looks good. I removed a piece from my old blind and I will put something together for that last slat. I obviously miscounted the pieces. Other than that, it’s an awesome product and I am recommending it. Just make sure all the pieces are there.

I took them time to read some of the reviews and decided to purchase. I took into consideration that I would have to measure and cut individually. When they arrived I wasn't expecting them to be what they are. I am 100% impressed with them. They are good quality the weights on the bottom are very nice. They provide enough privacy that we are comfortable. Price is absolutely the best part.. easy to assemble.
