This is a tinker toy and while I was able to change my blades it was a pain using this Jack. Mine didn't come with the drill adapter so I had to hand crank it. You have to use both hands, one to crank and one to keep the Jack shaft stable. Once you manage to get the mower at a useable height you need to put a jack stand or something under the axle you didn't use the jack on other wise it will rock. I used my impact so I didn't have to pry or twist against the mower, I wouldn't do that with it supported by this Jack. I could only do two blades without switching the side that was raised, which was a pain in the donkey. The jack is made out of thin metal and doesn't inspire confidence. I wouldn't suggest buying and I doubt I'll use it again. Very poor value for the money.

Both the shipment box and the inside box were in good shape- No tears or punctures. I had a bit of a time putting it together and using it because 1. One of the rails that attaches the top to the bottom was the wrong one. The holes for the bolts on one of the rails were top to bottom, and the other was side to side. Both rails were soldered at the ends, which left no way to put a bolt through them. I had to drill a hole to allow a bolt to be put through. 2. The area where things come together at the top as a supposed lock is a sloppy fit, and I worry about its failing. 3. There was no drill attachment in the box. The threads on the lift rod shaft are pretty fine, and raising a mower or whatever, it's going to take some time when done manually like this. 4. If you have a mower with a wide deck, in my case 46 inches, the lower side of the deck is going to hit the ground long before the jack is up. So there are many things that this item is not appropriate for, and you're better off also or instead to have a jack that lifts the front wheels. 5. As many other people mentioned, the jack is flimsy, but it seems to hold up OK, and I don't think I would spend much time underneath it,

I guess I expected too much from this tool. Received with no instructions on how to put it together or how to use it. Once I finally figured out how to use it - I refuse to jack my lawnmowers on it. Simply did not feel safe
