I bought this because I wanted to see if it would help me sleep better. Well it does! I use it as I'm winding down for bed and do deep breathing exercises and I have noticed that I fall asleep faster and sleep better with this than I do just doing the breathing exercises. It doesn't smell very strong and it wears off before I wake up in the morning which is very nice because I'm sensitive to strong smells! For the price, this item is fantastic. It comes with a large amount of the oil for a very reasonable price and is long lasting on the skin. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the scent is REALLY strong. Be wary of how much you put on at once. Also, it’s definitely lavender-like, but not a true lavender smell. I know this is no drug, but one of my doctors recommended that I try some of these essential oils for my sleep issues. I was very surprised to find that they do in fact work. I use this roll on Lavender now and I really like it. It takes the place of the diffuser at times and I simply apply a bit to my face and nose area and then dab a bit on my wrist and pillows. I still use the diffuser at night and I would not want to miss a night without it, but this roll on seems to be just as good. Maybe not as good, but still good. The scent is very soothing to me and I highly recommend it to anyone. They seem to work better than the CBD oils that are out there too. I have tried those and I can't get them to work as well. Love this roll-on! This is the one essential oil that I try to always carry on me, and I go through it quickly. It provides calming relief when I most need it. Not sure how I survived without it.
